Click to Buy Services Unlocks Powerful New Marketing & Analytics Capabilities in Q2 2026 Release
This update introduces two major new capabilities, Hidden Services and full Google Analytics 4 eCommerce integration, alongside expanded marketing compliance tools and streamlined checkout customizations that give service companies unprecedented control over how they sell online.

AUSTIN, Texas – May 26, 2026 – Click to Buy Services, the leading eCommerce platform for home service companies, is excited to announce its Q2 2026 release. This update introduces two major new capabilities, Hidden Services and full Google Analytics 4 eCommerce integration, alongside expanded marketing compliance tools and streamlined checkout customizations that give service companies unprecedented control over how they sell online.
Our team has been focused on solving the problems that matter most to growing home service companies: the need for more flexible service configurations, better visibility into what’s actually driving revenue, and the tools to stay compliant as marketing regulations evolve. These enhancements deliver on all three fronts.
“Hidden Services and the GA4 eCommerce integration are features our clients have been asking for, and they fundamentally change what’s possible on the platform. Hidden Services let you build private, targeted purchasing experiences for specific audiences — think exclusive promotions, secret menus, A/B tests, and custom bundles — without cluttering your public-facing storefront. Pair that with real GA4 eCommerce data flowing into your analytics, and for the first time, you can see the true revenue and ROI that Click to Buy and each of your marketing channels are actually delivering. Initial reactions from current clients are pretty awesome.” — Aaron Bramwell, Founder/CEO of Click to Buy Services
The Q2 2026 Release Includes the Following Enhancements:
Hidden Services
One of the most highly requested features in Click to Buy’s history is here. Hidden Services allow service companies to create “private” services that are only accessible via a direct Smart Link — invisible on your public branch page but fully functional for the audiences you share them with. They are like a “secret menu” only avaiable to those who should see them.
Here’s how it works:
Service Categories and individual Services now include a Visibility setting alongside the existing Status (Published, Draft, Expired). When a Service Category is set to Hidden, all services within it are automatically hidden and only accessible via their unique Smart Link. When a Service Category is Visible, individual services within it can be toggled independently between Visible and Hidden. A Visible + Published service appears on your branch page as usual. A Hidden + Published service is fully live and purchasable — but only for people who have the link.
Why this matters for your business:
Hidden Services unlock an entirely new dimension of flexibility for how you sell online. The use cases are immediately actionable. Marketing teams can create exclusive promotions with special pricing and share the Smart Link only with eligible audiences. New services can be reviewed, tested, and approved internally before going live — no more scrambling to publish and hope for the best. A/B testing becomes straightforward: create two versions of a service with a clear difference in pricing, description, or offer, share each Smart Link with a different audience, and measure which converts. And perhaps most powerfully, custom add-on services can now be created and hidden, allowing your customers to build bespoke service bundles without requiring a visible service button on your branch page. Hidden Services turn Click to Buy from a storefront into a full marketing toolkit.
Google Analytics (GA4) eCommerce Integration
Click to Buy is now fully integrated with the Google Analytics 4 eCommerce data layer, providing service companies with accurate, channel-level visibility into the revenue and ROI their online sales channel delivers.
Here’s how it works:
Once connected, Click to Buy pushes standard GA4 eCommerce events into your analytics property, enabling out-of-the-box reporting on total Click to Buy revenue; estimates vs. purchases; revenue and ROI per marketing channel; cost per acquisition by channel; where prospects abandon in the purchasing flow; and month-over-month comparisons. The data flows directly into GA4’s built-in eCommerce reports and can be extended into custom dashboards for deeper analysis.
Why this matters for your business:
Until now, understanding the true revenue impact of Click to Buy — and which marketing channels are actually driving those sales — required manual tracking and guesswork. This integration eliminates that gap entirely. For the first time, service companies can see exactly how much revenue Click to Buy generates, which campaigns and channels deliver the best return, and where prospects drop off in the purchasing flow. These insights allow marketing teams to double down on what’s working, cut what isn’t, and make data-driven decisions about where to invest their budgets. It’s the difference between knowing you’re selling online and knowing exactly how well each dollar spent is performing.

Marketing Opt-In Functionality
As marketing compliance regulations continue to evolve across states, Click to Buy now includes built-in tools to manage customer consent and opt-in disclosures directly within the purchasing flow.
Here’s how it works:
Service companies can now add unlimited opt-in disclosures to their checkout experience. Each disclosure can be configured as a simple text block or include a checkbox for explicit consent. Customer opt-in and opt-out responses are captured and visible within the Click to Buy Admin Orders section. For companies using Zapier, custom automations can be triggered based on opt-in status — for example, routing opted-in customers to one email list and opted-out customers to another.
Why this matters for your business:
The patchwork of state-level marketing consent requirements isn’t getting simpler. Whether you need to comply with TCPA regulations, state-specific texting consent laws, or your own internal marketing policies, Click to Buy now gives you the tools to capture and manage consent at the point of purchase. This keeps your marketing efforts compliant, protects your business from regulatory risk, and ensures that the customers who want to hear from you are properly identified from the moment they buy — no manual list management required.
Additional Quality-of-Life Improvements
Expanded Preferred Contact Method Options
Building on the customizable default contact method introduced in our Q4 2025 release, service companies now have the additional option to hide the Preferred Contact Method field entirely. For businesses that don’t need to ask customers how they’d like to be contacted — or that manage contact preferences through other systems — this removes an unnecessary step from the checkout flow. The feature now supports four configurations: Email as default, Text as default, Phone as default, or None/Hide This Field to remove the question altogether.
New/Returning Customer Customization
Service companies can now set a default for the “Are you a new or returning customer?” question or hide it entirely to streamline checkout. Options include defaulting to New Customer, defaulting to Returning Customer, or removing the question from the purchasing flow altogether. For businesses where the distinction isn’t relevant — or where it’s captured elsewhere in their process — this eliminates one more point of friction between your prospect and the checkout button.

The Q2 2026 release marks a significant evolution in what Click to Buy makes possible.
