Privacy Policy
In this policy, you can learn what kind of information we collect, when and how we might use that information, how we protect the information, and the choices you have with respect to your personal information.
Effective Date: April 14, 2026 | Version 2.0
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Click to Buy Services, a product of Monkee-Boy Web Design, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information through our website at clicktobuyservices.com (the “Marketing Site”) and our e-commerce platform provided to business clients (the “Platform”). This policy applies to all information collected online from visitors to our Marketing Site.
For information about how data is handled within our Platform on behalf of our business clients, please refer to Section 6 (Platform Data and Our Role as a Service Provider) and the terms of our Master Licensing Agreement.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
If you fill out a form on our Marketing Site (such as a contact form, demo request, or consultation request), we will ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to communicate with you about our services. You may opt out of future communications at any time (see Section 10).
Please do not submit sensitive personally identifiable information (such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, or financial account numbers) through any form on our website. If you submit such information, you do so at your own risk.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Marketing Site, our web servers and analytics tools may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the referring website. We use this information to administer the site, analyze usage, and improve the user experience.
2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Marketing Site uses cookies — small data files stored on your device — to help us understand how visitors use our site and to improve your browsing experience. We use Google Analytics on our Marketing Site to collect aggregate usage data such as page views, traffic sources, and visitor behavior. This information is used to improve our website and is not used to personally identify individual visitors.
Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the site may not function as intended if you do so.
2.4 Tracking Technologies on Client Storefronts
Each Client’s storefront operates on a subdomain of clicktobuyservices.com. These storefronts may include Microsoft Clarity (used by Click to Buy Services for user experience analysis, heatmapping, session replay, and interface testing — all personally identifiable information is obfuscated and not visible in Clarity recordings), the Client’s own Google Tag Manager container and any tags configured within it, and any additional third-party tracking scripts the Client chooses to include.
Because Clients control their own Google Tag Manager configurations and may add third-party scripts at their discretion, consumers should refer to the individual Client’s privacy policy for complete information about how their data is collected and used on that Client’s storefront.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and requests, communicate with you about our services (with your consent), administer and improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS using SSL/TLS encryption. Access to systems that store personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and requires multi-factor authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Payment Processing
Click to Buy Services does not directly collect, store, or process payment card information. All payment transactions conducted through our Platform are handled by PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. These processors maintain their own privacy and security policies governing how they handle payment data. At no point is cardholder data stored on our servers.
6. Platform Data and Our Role as a Service Provider
Click to Buy Services operates an e-commerce platform provided to business clients (“Clients”) in the home services industry. When consumers interact with a Client’s online store powered by our Platform, any personal data collected during that transaction (such as name, contact information, and order details) is collected on behalf of the Client.
In this context, the Client is the data controller responsible for how that consumer data is used. Click to Buy Services acts as a service provider (data processor), handling that data only as necessary to operate the Platform on the Client’s behalf and in accordance with our Master Licensing Agreement. We do not sell or independently use consumer data collected through the Platform for our own marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
For Platform data processed on behalf of Clients, our data retention practices are governed by our Master Licensing Agreement. Client data is retained for 30 days following termination of service, with backups retained for up to 90 days. After these periods, data is permanently deleted from our systems.
For information collected through our Marketing Site (such as contact form submissions), we retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 10).
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help us operate our business. These providers may have access to personal information only as necessary to perform their functions and operate under their own privacy and security policies and applicable compliance certifications. The categories of providers we use include cloud infrastructure and hosting services, payment processing services, and tax calculation services.
We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals and Clients as required by applicable law.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us at any time to request to see what personal data we hold about you (if any), correct or update your personal data, request deletion of your personal data, or opt out of future marketing communications from us.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 14.
11. State Privacy Rights
11.1 Our Role
Click to Buy Services operates as a service provider (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act) and a processor (as defined under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act). We process consumer personal information on behalf of our Clients and in accordance with our Master Licensing Agreement. We do not sell consumer personal information, and we do not use consumer data collected through the Platform for our own commercial purposes beyond providing the Platform services.
11.2 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident and your personal information was collected through a Client’s storefront on our Platform, your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act — including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — should be directed to the Client whose storefront collected your data. The Client is the business responsible for responding to consumer rights requests under the CCPA.
If your personal information was collected through our Marketing Site (for example, via a contact or demo request form), you may exercise your rights by contacting us directly using the information in Section 14.
11.3 Texas Residents (TDPSA)
If you are a Texas resident and your personal information was collected through a Client’s storefront on our Platform, your rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act — including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data — should be directed to the Client whose storefront collected your data. The Client is the controller responsible for responding to consumer rights requests under the TDPSA.
If your personal information was collected through our Marketing Site, you may exercise your rights by contacting us directly using the information in Section 14.
12. Do Not Track Signals
Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings as described in Section 2.3.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our website and Platform are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
14. Contact Information
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your rights under Section 10, please contact us via the contact form or mailing address listed on our website at clicktobuyservices.com.
15. Transfer of Information
In the event that Click to Buy Services or substantially all of its assets are acquired by or merged with another company, personal information held by us may be among the assets transferred. In such a case, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
